Hello

First batch!

As this is my first post I thought I should start this Blog off with something simple, being the major chocoholic I am, of course I was going to start it off with brownies, also because I had leftover Sainsbury's simple range dark choco bars to hand, 100g each, easy to bash and break off to melt in the pack.

I chose to make brownies cos it was an easy way to use up all the dark chocolate lying around, and it's easy to pack and carry around with you, a homey, cute bake to start this blog off! Had to make double batch because I predicted they'd all be gone in literally a flash, but surprisingly my big brother resisted the temptation and only had 3 in the morning before he headed to work! ;0 But then of course HoNam came home for the weekend and now we're near one tin down. 

Packed the small tin for my sister's colleagues for their lunch! Brownies are quite easy, so i won't be posting the recipe I used for these brownies. As it is only an introductory post, I'll keep it short!
